Returns are allowed only after our customer service team authorizes them. You can email metromocktees@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp at 9987873142 to request approval.
If the returned product is in good condition and meets our evaluation criteria, we issue a refund as store credit.

The final decision to accept or reject a return or whether to issue a refund stays fully with Metro Mock Tees. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
