Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your t-shirts efficiently and reliably across India. Our standard process involves two distinct phases: order processing and shipping transit.
All orders typically require two calendar days for processing before they are ready for shipment. This includes verification, quality checks, and packaging. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, as soon as your order leaves our facility.
We offer one reliable method for delivery: Standard Shipping. Once shipped, delivery to your specified address within India generally takes 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen logistical issues or public holidays.
We proudly offer shipping only within India at this time; we do not currently support international destinations. To help you save, we provide free Standard Shipping on all orders with a Minimum Order Value (MOV) of above ₹300. Shipping charges for orders below this MOV will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of purchase. Once packages are handed over to the third-party courier service, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the transit process. We recommend carefully inspecting your package upon delivery and addressing any damage claims directly with the shipping carrier.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
You can initiate a return or exchange for any non-sale t-shirt within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. You must contact our customer support team via email ( metromocktees@gmail.com) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any item back to our store. To be eligible, items must be returned in original, resalable condition—unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and with all original tags securely attached. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is received in an unacceptable condition; in this event, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once your return is received and inspected, and we confirm it is in good condition, we will process your refund. Refunds for approved returns will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit. This store credit will be applied to your customer account within 10 to 15 working days of our final inspection.
For exchanges, we can only accommodate requests for the same design in a different size or color, pending current inventory availability. We will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item sent back to you. Please note that all sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for any returns, exchanges, or store credit.
